1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quantara Hedge Funds's trading platform, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access our trading services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Trading Risks

Our Hedge Fund uses Ai in trading which make it lead as the first Hedge Fund with the lowest risk in Africa, Ai accuracy is 98-99% which that means the risk is also less than 2%.

5. Fees and Charges

Our fee structure is transparent and available on our website. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time with notice to users. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is $5000. Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours after approval. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals for security review.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any illegal activities, market manipulation, money laundering, or any action that could harm our platform or other users.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or any reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Quantara Hedge Funds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
